Help!!!
My period is due tomorrow and today I had a lil spotting but have a lot of pregnancy symptoms such as
• fatigue
• heartburn
• gas
• bloating
• small cramps
• racing heart
• headache
• backache
Took a pregnancy test with a really really faint line
Some one help !😩
