Vaginal bleeding after sex

The last two months I have been spotting (which never happens to me). I have regular periods (my app is always correct). But the last few times I've had sex I've been bleeding during it. The most recent made a huge mess. Blood down mine and my SO leg.. The blood is red, not brown so it's not old. I experience no pain. I don't feel lower cramps or anything..
