Im NOT a morning person so taking a shower when i get up really helps me wake up.

At night. I'm a nursing assistant so I spend all day around cleaning chemicals and bodily fluids, so when I get home a nice hot shower is so refreshing and I can feel squeaky clean again.

Morning. My hair is a mess when I wake up! My hair gets so knotted and all over the place when it's up! I can only sleep with my hair up

At night, before I sleep. It relaxes me, helps me sleep better. I am not a morning person, I barely have time to get ready for work. I still smell like roses in AM😀😊

I shower in the morning because I have naturally curly hair and have to wash it every day to make it look decent. After I sleep on my hair, it's a flat, frizzy mess. I sometimes wash up again before bed, especially in the summer.
