Is implantation bleeding common?

Question

Anyone experienced implantation spotting/bleeding before getting your BFP?
I have googled and found it to be rather uncommon.

I had it with two of my pregnancies but not my 3rd

I had implantation bleeding at 4dpo. It only lasted one day. Then 6 and 7dpo I had the worst sharp pains in my stomach, kept me up at night. Didn't know why was going on. At 11dpo I got my bfp! Guess the pains were inplanting in my uterus! Good luck!

I had implantation spotting at 9 DPO it was light pink I only noticed it because I did a cervix check I thought I was getting my period the next time I went to the bathroom about an hour later there as nothing there. After that I had really bad headaches and I never have headaches at 11 DPO I tested positive!
