Vivid dreams on IVF Meds?!?

Hello ladies,
I am currently on day 8 of STIMS;(follistim, menopur, and I was on Femara for 5 days). We started ganirelix last night. I started having vivid and somewhat disturbing dreams. I'm already stressed out, because I have high FSH I'm 39 and the Doc only saw 5 follies which we expected. I am still very nervous I keep reading all of these different Blogs and watching YouTube videos looking for comfort. I'm searching stories that had good outcomes, I have found a few. There are so many more horror stories about different things that have gone wrong...I guess my imagination is running wild because I am having horrible dreams! 
Is this normal? I can't seem to find anything that states that the medication causes one to have nightmares or vivid dreams.
Has anyone else experienced this or are you currently experiencing this?
Or am I just crazy...

First, relax. Take a deep breath. I am 32 and our RE told us I would be a good responder to Lupron/Bravelle/Menopur before we started. We hoped to get eggs to freeze. I have endometriosis which caused our fertility issues. My body didn't respond the way my RE thought. By retrieval day, I only had five follicles. Each of them had an egg but one was immature. All four fertilized but due to the small number, we did a three day transfer with the two strongest. The other two died off before day six (freezer day). 10dp3dt was my first blood test which came back positive (even when the at home test said negative). I am now 9w4d pregnant after our first fresh cycle. We will likely have to do IVF again if we want more kids in the future. So, from my experience, relax and trust your doctor. Five follicles isn't a bad thing. It worked for us. I have a 42 year old friend who I met while stimming (we saw each other everyday at the doctors and became friends). She also got pregnant on her first cycle. Don't lose hope!!!

Now onto the dreams, yes, the meds can give you very vivid dreams. The more you relax, the less you will stress over it. Not to scare you but my dreams now that I am pregnant are WAY more vivid than they were while stimming. It's totally normal!!
