Early spotting
Suppose to start my period today. Long story short I have been spotting very light and brown since last Monday with a mild dull ache almost like a pulled muscle on my lower right side of my stomach. Deff not what my period is like and never do I start early. Any suggestions? As late in the evenings I get a headache. Possibly pregnancy implantation bleeding?
