Friend w/benefits

There's a guy friend of mine that I've been seeing as a fwb which is great but we're both still scared to let anyone know about us. I really like him,wanted to tell him but I was too scared so I didn't. I was talking to another guy friend of mine and he told me that my guy friend likes me now after we saw each other about 2 months ago. My question is do we tell each other that we like each other or no???
