Healthy lifestyle/weightloss = 👶
I'm interested in hearing from others on this. My hubby and I have been TTC for over 2 years. We both have about 50 lbs to lose and have decided before putting ourselves through tons of testing, we will work on our lifestyle and lose some of this weight. We have been eating healthy, and both got gym memberships. I've been working out 5-7 times a week and does about 4-5 (due to his work schedule).Â
Has anyone else had success with conceiving after making a big lifestyle change like this? I want to keep feeling hopeful that this could be our answer but it's definitely hard sometimes.Â
