Loosing hope

SO and I have been ttc for almost three years, we haven't gone to get checked because we were hoping it would happen naturally but still nothing. I'm starting to loose hope, we're going to keep ttc without going to the doctor till the end if summer since we're moving to a different city by then. Any tips or anything that helped you conceive before we go to the doctor in a couple of months I want to make sure we tried everything
