Scared Senseless

So we kind of started our dr. visits late as my OB seems to be fairly popular, and we recently moved. Went for my first ultrasound at 13+5 and found out that we're expecting twins! I'm so excited to be a twin mommy, but I don't feel very confident in my tech. When I asked if they were identical or fraternal, she said they're in the same sac, definitely identical! So cool! Being a FTM, I wish I'd have known what questions to ask before we left. So here's the worry. I'm concerned that I may be carrying mo/mo twins, meaning we're in for an extremely high risk pregnancy. I worry for my babies daily and don't have another appointment until June 4. has anyone been through this and gone back for another sono and found the membrane between the babies? I would think if there was a concern the day of my appointment, the tech would have expressed that, right? My poor doc had better be ready for a good sit-down chat in a week and a half 😳 Soooo many questions!
