First pregnancy... I don't know if I'm just freaking myself out or what I have thyroid disease for one and for two I'm 7weeks pregnant a week ago I wiped and bleed faintly every since then off and on I've been having brown ish stuff almost like the end of your period (not on underwear more like in wooha) along with back and abdominal pain sore breast some sickness while eating cannot sleep yet tired anyways y'all think normal or miscarriage go to hospital or what if any of you've had a miscarriage what were your symptoms?! Please help. Thank you
