Early m/c aftershock!?

Hi guys, so i've had an m/c, I was 8 weeks; started bleeding on the 13th, Dr told me it was normal but then the real fun started.... 2 days after I wont up, went to the loo and wiped a huge clot. Bla bla bla you all know the drill, passed 'it' on the 17th (I think), surprisingly I delt with it all rather well... now.... not so much, I went skitz at my partner yest, smashed a glass and threw it everywhere, I don't know where all this anger has come from. Im Bipolar 2 and BPD also and obvs had to come off meds while preg but this anger is worse than just my Bipolar anger. Its weird and scary.... whats happening to me!?

I had a MC at 7 weeks then a blighted ovum the very next month. I lost so much of who I was during the grieving process. I'm such a calm person but I was so angry! I would freak out on my husband. One night I lost it, throwing a chair over, smashing things til I ended up on the floor crying harder than I ever have. My husband held me and did what he could to calm me. For a few more weeks I was still angry, I never had a night that bad again but I would yell and cry in fights and usually I am very reasonable and talk. It wasn't me. I was hurt and in pain. I finally got past that stage and have been okay since. I still hurt but now I don't let it control me. It's all a part of the grieving steps. It's okay and you have to grieve how you need to.

I miscarried 4 weeks ago and had to have op. I stayed strong for the op then it hit me. Last two weeks I have been very angry and very sad but finally starting to feel like me again. I have had two counselling sessions and feel good talking to someone other than husband and mum.

It's very normal, to feel the way you feel. Trust me I'm in the same boat. But after having sections with a therapist, is getting a little better. Good luck!

Bipolar 2 here. I miscarried at 6-7 weeks and wasn't on my medications. I alternated between being completely disassociated and numb and being very, very angry and upset. It took weeks for me to stabilize after I realized what was going on. Talk to your therapist, or get one if you don't have one already. It'll take time to get though this, but it will steady in time.

You're going threw the grieving process. Part of the grieving process is anger. It's perfectly natural and can be scary. Don't blame it on your bi polar or anything else. You suffered a loss and it hurt, allow yourself time to grieve. You won't ever "get over it" per say but in time you'll feel better. This will probably always bother you and will randomly come to mind down the road and that's okay. Losing a baby is hard at any stage. If you think you're having a very difficult time coping, maybe seek out some therapy.

I had a miscarriage 8 months ago.  It was a missed miscarriage we found out at our 12 wk scan our button had passed a wk earlier.  I was & still am devastated.  I had full on morning sickness & thought this was a good sign but I was still throwing up after we found out our "news" It took 6 months to get pregnant that time & so far we r at 8 months & counting this time. I am very angry about it all & am trying to let that anger go because I don't think its beneficial to me getting pregnant again, but its easier said than done. The past year & a half have been the worst of my life its heartbreaking.  To make it harder my sister, sister in law & best friend are all pregnant. I no its not their fault but it still hurts.
