I lost my baby :(

I was supposed to be 10w3days, deep inside I knew something was wrong because I didn't have any of the pregnancy symptom was so ever(maybe the constant ruination) but I'm not sure. To top that off I stopped taking my parental vitamins, it's been 2 weeks now which I feel like that contributed to this MC. Last night I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw blood, it wasn't spotting it was a lot more blood. As the night went by the blood became less but this morning it came back. This is my first pregnancy and I am so heartbroken, I don't know how to take this. I had an ultrasound at 7wks and everything was perfect, we even heard the heart beat

but I am going to the doctors hopefully today to make sure that I'm actually having a MC and so he can tell what to do.
