So for years now I have been paranoid about not being able to have babies. Reason is because I have a heart murmur, so my question to you guys is you think it's possible fore to become pregnant while having a heart murmur?

Very possible.. :) My sil has one and she has two kids. And I know that hes a guy, but my fiance has one and were pregnant :-) I know a good bit of people who have them. Thwy are actually very common.

I have a heart murmur and am 13 weeks pregnant. So obviously you can get pregnant with a heart murmur. Just take care of yourself. For myself the first 2 months were really rough on me. I was getting a lot of chest pain and started freaking out. My doctor said as long as my heart rate stayed below 150 I'd be okay. Just try to relax and don't stress about it.

I'm on my second pregnancy and I have a heart mumur. It doesn't effect fertility.

It doesn't effect fertility, my Aunt has 3 healthy kids and takes medication for her heart. She just had to have extra tests to make sure her heart was ok, there was never any worry about the babies.

It wont effect u having a baby. My friend has a heart murmur that she has had all her life and she gave birth to two 9 lb babies who are now 9 and 12.

I had a small one and it didnt stop me. Ive never heard of it effexting fertility.
