What do you think?

Hi guys. So lately I haven't been feeling very well, and I am unsure about what to do. Typically sypmtoms like I'm having I would just brush off cause they typically go away. But they haven't. So heres whats been going on:
So I started a new birth control pack last tuesday, but it was different from my usual one so I though maybe my pharmacy ran out of my usual one and this was just an alternative? So i started it anyway. My appitite decreased to nothing really, but I have a slight eating disorder where I get nauseous when thinking of or seeing food. I thought maybe it was just my eating disorder. Then I started noticing Ive been having bad pelvic pain and I have been getting really bad gas and headaches. Some nights I wouldn't be able to sleep and if I did id wake up past noon. When Id wake up everything is knotted and cramping and my head hurts like hell. I've been hearing those cracking sounds everything I move, it is quite painful too and I get nauseous from it.   I've been dizzy from time to time as well. Sometimes my stomach will feel really upset like I may vomit, but I have never vomitted since i was really young. I have been getting tired extremely easier, and only one leg will get sore and crampy from time to time. This may or may not be related but before my boyfriend went home after college was done for the summer, sex would be quite painful, but only when we used a condom with is usually all the time, there were a few times we had sex without a condom and it was fine. Of couse i get paranoid I may be pregnant everytime. I am known for being a hypochondriac so I try not too look symptoms and such up, but when things last longer than a day I tend to get paranoid. I don't have a mom I can talk too, and I live with my dad. I am 18 years old, so my dad makes me call doctors even though I have severe social anxiety, so thats kinda why I am on here before I call a doctor.
Is there anything you guys have experienced that may have been the same? What do you think it might be and is it worth talking to a doctor? If so what doctor should I go to for this?
