Confused (is my body just messing with me)

My last period was normal for two or three days and then was mostly very thin and a light brown color.

Then the other day I had random light brown discharge.

Plus the pregnancy test may have had a thin line, im not quite sure tho and its too old to look at now and get a for sure answer.

Plus ive been feeling pretty awful and I just started getting sick and I cant tell if im just sick or it could be a mix or what, I have another test but im waiting till im supposed to get my next period to take it.

Any idea whats going on? Does anyone think I might be pregnant or is my body just messing with me?
