Umbilical cord

Anabel
Hi ladies, I'm 22w1d today and went in for my anatomy scan. Everything was looking good until the doctor checked the umbilical cord. She said the cord was looking a little on the thick side. She explained to me that since the cord has two arteries and one vein that the vein may too thick, and sometimes can lead to blood clots which lead to fetal death. She said there is nothing we can do just moniter the cord closely. I have to go back in 6 weeks for another anatomy scan. Has anyone else heard or was told this about their own baby? I'm just trying to think positive but it's still scary after fetal death can be a result. Any help please?
