Do you think that it is deceptive to not disclose pregnancy when being considered for employment?

No because they can't legally ask you about any health conditions. With that being said its not right to take a job that you know you wont be able to do because of your pregnancy

They can't ask and if they did you have no obligation to say yes. I got my job after I found out I was pregnant. I didn't tell my boss until after I couldn't hide it anymore. 21-22 weeks. I finally had to tell her but she nore my other supervisor cared. I figure she figured it out when I wa taking a trip to the same dr every month. I have done my work efficiently enough that they won't have a problem come  my maternity leave.
