Allergic reaction or something else?

My husband and I just had our second boy (4 months old) and now when I wear my wedding rings I get pus filled bubbles on my ring finger that hurt really bad....I never had a problem before and I can wear it on any other finger and it's fine so I don't know if it's an allergic reaction or something else

After the birth of my first daughter, I experienced something similar on only on my ring fingers. It turned out to be eczema. I had small fluid filled bubbles and they itched like crazy! The same thing happened to my mother after she had me. 
My doctor said to use hydrocortisone cream. I also found the Baby Aveeno Eczema relief cream to help a lot.

Are they gold? I have this with my engagement ring 18k gold or less contains nickel, which is the cause of my "allergy".

I'm not saying it is what you have, but I have an autoimmune disorder and have to wash my jewelry everytime I put it on. I get reactions to normal cleaners so I use tea tree oil or apple cider vinegar :) There are also a ton of other suggestions of how to naturally sanitize jewelry without hurting it on Pinterest. Maybe try washing it with one of those at least a few times a week?

If I remember correctly, after pregnancy the body is a lot more sensitive to things as hormones even out again. You may be able to tolerate it again in a few months so I wouldn't go get a new one right away :)
