After i got my Nexplanon taken out, it took 8 months...but it never did help/stop/regulate my periods in the first place.  The doctor said it was doing more damage than good to have it in.   Good luck!

Got mine removed in February and have been trying since. No such luck so far but its not been to long either! Baby dust to you!
