Quick sharp pains

I am 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow and yesterday when walking through a store as I would step with my left foot I got a quick shooting pain in my left very lower side, it happened about 3 times than stopped. Now today I'm sitting at work and got a quick super sharp pain in my lower right side. It just lasted a half second and then didn't happen again but it's so quick and intense, it startled me! Is this normal in early pregnancy?
