Working moms-to-be, how do you beat pregnancy fatigue?

I get sooooo tired at work that I just want to fall asleep. What do you guys do to lessen tiredness at work?

Its hard! I work 12hour shifts! Lately I can barely stay awake at home throughout the day :/

I work 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch break, but I'm not on a computer the whole day, I'm in the medical field so I'm always on my feet. Which makes it so much harder I think.. I get exhausted SO easily. But at the same time I HAVE to eat. I have no choice but to take my lunch break. So I'm in the same boat. I'm exhausted and hungry all the time! But nauseas too! #pregnancy.

Honestly just ways tired I'm on my feet and I would have to slap myself no joke to wake up... It's rough I find myself not as tired coming into my second trimester

I don't even know what to tell you. I am so tired too. I just eat and drink and keep on going the best I can.

Taking a quick walk around the building! Sitting at a computer all day makes you soo sleepy.

I eat a lot of fruit for energy and a lot of protein to stay full so I don't get nauseous or "hangry" lol. Fruit definitely helps me

I get two 15 minute breaks plus a lunch so I use my breaks when I can't keep my eyes open anymore lol.  When you're that tired, you literally do fall asleep for a short bit and that 15 minute nap is just enough to perk me back up!  On really bad days, I eat during work and use my lunch for a nap too haha!

I have be struggling with this too. I'm a teacher and work 9-6:30. By the time I get home it's 7 and can barely make it to dinner. I start to really feel tired around 2pm and could honestly cry about it. My boss is not very supportive and the days seem to get longer. My sister in law said that energy comes back around week 13. I'm still waiting.... 😴
