I'm 6weeks pregnant but I haven't noticed a difference other then sore breast, I haven't seen a bump on me nore am I experiencing nausea or any other symptoms. I have gone to get checked and it's a BFP but I feel like it was a surreal dream. Now I'm having a very light pink discharge hat comes and goes, but I'm not sure what it is, I do have a doctors appointment on Friday and be sure to ask that but I'd like to know if any of you first time mommies also experience this other then me.
