Hydration and healthy eating
This is my first pregnancy. I'm very excited and I want to do the best I can to be healthy and keep baby healthy. At this point in my pregnancy, between 6-7 weeks, what is the best way to stay hydrated and eating healthier choices when nothing really sounds good?! So far, I've learned fresh fruits and veggies are extremely yummy. I just don't feel like I'm getting enough liquids each day. #help :)
