First trimester nausea HELP?!

What's some remedies for nausea! It started off with crazy cravings but now in my 6th week has turned into bad nausea and exhaustion? What can I do to calm it?! It's horrible!

Ginger ale!!! Also I got some sea bands that's help.

I'm almost 13weeks and I'm finally starting to feel better. Still exhausted but not as nauseated. 
If I feel sick I try to make sure I'm hydrated. Also snacking on saltine crackers helped.

Ginger, mint tea, small snacks throughout the day (no big meals), PROTEIN, foods that are rich in B vitamins, B vit supplements, diffusing essential oils, exercise. Good luck!

I was sick well Into my 17-18th week. It sucks. I took Zofran despite the bad press. My baby is healthy and fine.

Honestly I hate to say it but I had awful nausea for 8 weeks and lost 10 lbs- I was against taking any meds in the crucial first trimester so I suffered through it! I tried ginger sea bands sour candy crackers etc etc and nothing worked! but! you can get through it!
