Yes it does! I was a single mom with my daughter from a 6yr abusive relationship, sometimes it may not seem like theres better out there for you but keep faith and know that there is, now I am in a wonderful relationship with someone who he and his family accept my daughter and now we're looking forward to our baby boy (:

Be strong!! I was in an abusve relationship with my two sons. My ex husband actually told me I embarrassed him walking around pregnant with our second son... Horrid. You can do this!! And you'll be a great mom. I'm a single mom. But I am now remarried to a man who treats my boys like his own sons. And we are expecting his first in December. It's worth it. ;)

It does get better, but it also helps to get good support. Please don't struggle alone. Talk to your midwife/dr about how you're feeling and see what support is out there. I was a single mum from day 1 with my eldest. It's tough but with support it totally gets better. Good luck mama x
