Charlie, Charlie challenge.

So basically this is a game where you write "yes" or "no" across from each other n you place to pencils like a cross.. You ask "Charlie, Charlie are y there" n so on , the top pencil will move yo either "yes" it "no". After all the rumors n what not do you believe it's true, my brother n friend tried it n they said it didn't work
