Light spotting

Hi ladies my husband and I have been TTC for the last 6mths with no BFP yet. I'm currently in my fertile window and doing BD at least every 2nd day. Yesterday I experience some spotting only when wiping (nothing further since) and later in the day cramping down my left side... Could TTC finally be successful..? Time to wait I guess...
