Tips on lowering cholesterol?
My husband just had a screening done and found out his cholesterol is very high putting him at risk for heart attack and stroke.
We've agreed it's time for a lifestyle change. We've gotten too comfy and definitely indulge in way too much fast food. So I will be doing all the cooking from now on, no fast good or going out to eat. I'll be packing his lunches as well.
He will be going to the gym at least 6 days a week as well.
What else can he do? Any specific foods that will be beneficial? Good healthy recipes? Advice ?
