I am about to start the 6 week Hypno Babies birthing class. Wondering if anyone out there has used Hypno Babies and what you thought of it?

I did the whole program but ended up with a c-section r/t preeclampsia😣. However, it worked amazingly for pain control after my c section!

Currently 35 weeks and have been practicing hupnobabies for weeks. Would also love to hear some experiences of people who have birth using the techniques.
