Leg Calf pain?????

Good morning ladies. I woke up to a really painful leg Calf during the night I thought I was dying, the pain subsided in a few minutes but I was really freaking out hey. Any of you ladies experienced that before?

Just experienced this for the first time last night! I was almost in tears it was so painful! I'm really hoping it doesn't happen too often.

Yep I get leg cramps too, I read that's it's common during pregnancy.

Lol yep it happens. I get it in my right leg a lot at night. Don't point your toes when it happens - pull them up towards your body using your ankles - stretches it all out. Hurts afterwards still though! Just one thing if your getting it a lot check your veins in your legs and groin - I have since discovered I have varicose veins and wondering if the two are connected as its only on the right side
