Light Brown Discharge...

I've been seeing very light brown discharge in my underwear for several weeks now (I'm currently 35w4). It's not so much that it really shows when I wipe but my panties are definitely showing it. I see the doctor next week. Any cause for concern? Any others experiencing this?
