Cramp like

Stomach is very sore when I cough or if I stretch wondering if anyone else has experienced this in the beginning of their pregnancy I am 5 weeks and 3days I'm a bit scared due to 2 miscarriages back to back just wanna know if I should call doctors or not be so worried 😟
