What to do

I have taken tests because I feel pregnant and they r all coming back negative, I'm gaining weight, increased appetite, cramping, sore breasts, but I guess I'm not, I m suppose to get my period in 5 days and took a clear blue digital test this morning and it came back not pregnant, could I just be to early, I would have conceived on the 18th, which is like 10 days??
