Extreme fatigue
Feel like I've been hit by a train today.....been tired all along but this is extreme. I fell asleep earlier for two hours and I can't even bring myself to make dinner. Anyone have these days??? I can deal with tiredness but I have no idea how I'm gonna make it to work like this tomorrow
