Antibiotics during early pregnancy?

Question

Have you taken antibiotics after finding out you were pregnant. I'm talking early, 3 weeks and 4 days early. I have strep throat :(

Opinions on my issue?

There are safe ones. Just make sure they know you are pregnant and they will give you a safe one.

Gargle with vinegar water! I don't go to the doctor for strep anymore because this seriously works! 
1 cup warm water mixed with a tablespoon on vinegar. Gargle as much as you can once an hour. I always plug my nose until I rinse my mouth out!! It sounds super gross, but the vinegar has great antibiotic properties!

I took TWO separate z-packs just in the first trimester for a sinus infection that wouldn't go away. it's fine!
