How does my body know when other females have their period I alway sink up with other girls around me.

This is highly common with women. As a matter if fact I was sharing a house with a few women. One was older, in her late 40's, then we had a girl in her early 20's move in, the one in her 40's said to me while looking at the one in her 20's......of F me look at that pretty "young"thing! There goes my cycle!!!! Lol
