I felt cramping this morning, and went and took a dollar store ovulation test today. These were the results: 
It looks like I have an LH surge today, but we've been BDing for the past 3 days. Does this mean we need to BD tonight? Or would last night sufficed since sperm live in the body for up to 72 hours. I would greatly appreciate some knowledgable feedback from you ladies! Thank you!
