Tuna on toast is all I'm craving for right now! All I have at the moment is the canned one

In the UK the official (National Health Service) recommendation is two portions of fresh salmon per week, or up to four cans of tuna. That's a lot of tuna so you're probably fine with what you're eating. :)

Albacore has the highest mercury level so be careful when eating a lot of it.

Yes but like everything else in moderation. Doctor like you to stay away from tuna and other raw fish. I still had tuna durin my pregnacy with my first and everything was fine however I didn't have it very often
