Anyone else doing placenta encapsulation?

I didn't with my 1st and wish I had! How much are people charging in your area?

I'm doing it, cost range from $180-250 depending on if you do the traditional Chinese method or raw method. Many of my current mommy friends did it and rave about it. Cultures all over the world have done it for generations I think it's the healthiest most natural thing you can do. I can't wait to try my pills after baby girl gets here.

I won't be doing it but I looked it up earlier in my pregnancy and in my area (Colorado) it was a couple hundred dollars

I've read that by encapsulating the placenta, you actually destroy most of the "nutrients". I won't be doing it at all but that's just because I don't believe it actually has benefits but that's just me.

Anyone else doing placenta encapsulation?
