My SO took a at home sperm count test two days ago. It shows high sperm count or low. His was low. I was beyond depressed about this. We came up with a plan. We are trying to find out anything that can up his sperm count for the next few weeks and take another test. If it still says low then definitely the doctors to see what exactly is going on! We've been trying for going on 7 months now. What are things that can boost his sperm?! Really hope this works. We want a baby so bad!
