Getting natural sunlight with sunscreen on is fine just don't overheat yourself. Re-apply sunscreen often and drink fluids. Tanning bed, absolutely not!!

NO! Are you serious?! Tanning salons won't even allow you to use their beds if they know you're pregnant, that's why they have you fill out a paper. Even if you could, why would you be so selfish?

Most tanning beds have really good fans and air vents now days, plus you can stick the towl they give you over your stomach. I tan while pregnant, my dr said it was okay as long as I didn't get hot, and I never do. When you get bigger it might be harder to get in and out of beds. Plus then it will be harder to lay on your back. Some tanning salons won't let you, but mine didn't care as long as I sign a waver. They also won't let me go full time (12 min), but I'm just maintaining  the dark tan I already have now, so it's no big deal.
