Luteal Phase. Help Please!!
I've always been confused about the luteal phase thing. How do you figure out your luteal phase? My cycles over the past 7 months have ranged from 26 days to 32 days long. At the moment my average cycle length is 29 days. I'm sure the average will change again after AF this month coming. Could anyone help explain it please. :)
