Vanilla ice cream cone is safe?

I'm 22 weeks, but today I was driving around and I saw a McDonald's and I was craving so bad a vanilla ice cream cone  they should be fine right I just got one ? Pls help

You're fine. I have ice cream almost everyday. Its my number one craving with every baby. And i ate lunch meat too. Just heat it in the microwave for a few seconds. My daughter is fine. And this baby will be okay too. Nothing bad is going to happen from one ice cream cone. This food obsession that has overcome america and pregnant women is ridiculous.

It is safe, it has  nothing to do with Listeria and nothing to do with not being safe. Places like McDonald's may not offer ideal nutrition but it is not unsafe, as far as Listeria, please consider that most places in the U.S. Which serve food, specially under a chain, will only use pasteurized ingredients. 
The idea that soft cheese can't be eaten was based on the fact that this cheeses are more likely to have the bacteria, what was not considered in the old precautions was pasteurization, for example, now you cab have goat  cheese as long as it is pasteurized. You just need to do your research and learn to read labels.

you are fine. i walked into my doctors office eating one and she asked if it was a craving i said yes, she said got to that stage did you haha she just told me if your lactose intolerant dont eat it. your fine, hope the cone was amazing :)
