Help please... opks and pcos

Ok ladies... got my positive opk test early in my cycle... since then, nothing and I am using the digital advanced. I have read A LOT on opks and pcos and all I have found is that opks can give you false positives if your lh runs high... i am now having very sharp pains around my left ovary. considering mine went through a low fertility, high fertility, peak fertility, and then low again... I'm not sure what to think. Am I ovulating now or did I ovulate before? Thank you.(learn more on Glow: https://glowing.com)
