Do you say I love you

Question

When me and my bf argue i like to be left alone when im upset hell come in or call randomly and say i love you. Now although i love him i hate to say it when im mad, is it bad to not say it back, i feel he knows i do but says it cause if i say it back he believes im not mad anymore

I think it's important to be able to say "I love you, but I am still mad at you"

I normally respond with "I love you too but fuck!" Then tell him why I'm frustrated and how he made me feel.

I yell "I LIVE YOU TOO!" but still in my angry voice. It makes him laugh, and then usually  (depending on how pissed I am) I laugh too and we're good again : )

Whenever my SO and I fight we always remember to remind each other that we love each other. If we scream, we wait and calm down and then say it or he sometimes he just grabs me and kisses me to shut me up haha 💕🙈 I always try to say it cuz it reminds me how much I value him and it helps me analyze whether the problem is worth being mad about

Well maybe he does say it to show he wants to surrender the argument and doesn't want you to be mad any more. You can still say it back, then tell him to give you space because you're still upset.

I'm the same way to a degree. I'll still say it back bc I feel like it's really hurtful not to because I do love my husband & when I say it it suddenly makes me not so mad :)

When my boyfriend and I fight we always do. I don't care if I'm angry and sarcastic with every other word, but after every fight I will tell him with as much honesty and sincerity as I can manage, that I love him. Just because I'm mad at him or he's mad at me, doesn't mean we don't love each other and I always feel better when I remind him that I love him no matter what.

Hubby n I argue at least once a month. He is bullheaded and will jus choose to "ignore" me while me on the other hand likes to continue to be heard. We go to sleep mad but both knowing we will not be sleeping well, we pinch, rub or jus quickly touch each other so we know "everything will be okay, and tomorrow this is will be over with". Jus our lil quirky thing..every nite i say luv u..he says thank you and looks at me and smiles but never leaves in the morning without kissing me goodbye
