TMI... any idea what this spot is?

I took off my bra today and I noticed I have a red like.. hole? Right above my areola... there is a picture bellow... any idea what it is? If it is still there Wednesday when I have my doctors appointment I was gunna show him but I'd sleep better knowing it's nothing.. I'm the kind of person who's worried about every little thing (ftm)

Maybe you popped a Montgomery gland ? Chances are they're swollen right now and could have easily become irritated or popped.
