How much cramping is normal?

They feel like regular period cramps and can last about 5 mins at a time. Not all the time maybe 1-2 times a day. Is that normal? No bleeding.

I've been having this too.. Apparently its normal but sooo scary!! It's everything stretching to make room for the baby :)

I've read you need to drink more water it helps?? Not sure how true it is though! Xx

Definitely normal! I had cramps with baby #1 and now having them again with baby #2. Your body is making a lot of adjustments, you just get to feel them all! ;)

I'm 5 -7 weeks (depending on if you believe me, the dr, the app, or clear blue digital hahaha) but yes I cramp sometimes, and whoever said dlto drink water is right! It's way worse if I don't drink water hahaha
