Yes, you usually consider as ovulating on the day with the cm that is most egg white/slippery. The day after your last day of egg white cm would be counted as your first dpo. you usually also have a rise in temp after you have ovulated if you are tracking your day morning body temp. Hope that helps

Especially since I've had three pregnancies, but it's been 5 years!! Lol I am tracking ovulation by my CM. does ovulation occur in the day with the highest amount of egg white CM? To calculate DPO do I go by that date or when my CM is no longer fertile?
