Anyone trying to lose weight, before getting pregnant? Both times I've gotten pregnant, I have a six year old and had a miscarriage in 2013, I lost weight right before. I know what to do to lose weight but it's easier said than done. I have a brand new nephew and I am just so ready to hold my own!! Trying for 72 months excluding the four months I was pregnant with my son.
